This prestigious program distinguishes top-performing student-athletes who excel in both academics and athletics within NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA institutions. Ingram, Morrison, and Cannaday will represent Augusta University on the NCAA Division II list.

Parker Ingram

Parker Ingram, a senior from Gray, Georgia, was a standout player for the university this season. He was honored with several accolades, including being named to the ABCA Second Team All-Region and the First Team Peach Belt Conference All-Conference Team. Ingram participated in 46 games this season, leading his team with impressive statistics including 15 home runs, 53 RBIs, and 124 total bases. He boasted a batting average of .319, having accumulated 60 hits alongside 13 doubles and 3 triples. His performance also included a slugging percentage of .660 and an on-base percentage of .388.

Mike Morrison

Redshirt senior Mike Morrison hails from Salem, Virginia. He also had a noteworthy season, being recognized with 2025 Second Team All-Conference honors. Morrison appeared in 52 games, starting in 51 of them as a key player behind the plate. He achieved a batting average of .327 with 64 hits, contributing 33 RBIs and hitting 4 home runs. His on-base percentage stood at .404, coupled with a fielding percentage of .967, where he recorded 281 putouts and 14 assists throughout the season.

Aidan Cannaday

A junior from Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, Aidan Cannaday also made his mark during the season. He played in 43 games, earning 39 starts. Cannaday exhibited a batting average of .266 with 34 hits, including 6 doubles and 5 home runs, driving in 18 runs. His performance this season included a slugging percentage of .430 and an on-base percentage of .409.

Academic Recognition and Future Opportunities

The Academic All-District® honors pave the way for these student-athletes to advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Announcements for first-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® recipients are scheduled for June 18, 2025, providing these athletes further recognition for their hard work and dedication.

Eligibility Criteria for Academic Honors

To qualify for the Academic All-District® awards, student-athletes must meet specific criteria. Requirements include being at least a sophomore both academically and athletically, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and fulfilling sport-specific participation requirements.
