Community members join efforts to locate runaway teens in Augusta.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is urgently seeking public assistance to locate several runaway teens in Augusta. Authorities are particularly concerned for their safety as they have been reported missing in recent days. Among those missing are 16-year-old Zy’Kierra and 14-year-old Adelyne. Among the teens is Zy’Kierra Leandra Easter, a 16-year-old who was last seen on June 27, 2025. Zy’Kierra was spotted on the 2600 block of Drayton Drive. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly in an unknown color and model Toyota sedan. She was dressed in a grey hoodie, grey, pink, and white pants, and blue crocs, and was carrying a black Nike backpack. Additionally, authorities are looking for Adelyne Striggles, a 14-year-old girl who was last seen near 201 E Telfair Street in Augusta on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. Adelyne was described as wearing a black and white dress, a red jacket, and tan slides. She is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has also requested public help in locating Adelyne, using the same contact numbers for tips and information.
Concerns are growing as two other recent runaways, Alicia Pope and Londyn Paris, have reportedly run away again after being located previously. Paris was last seen leaving her home in the 5000 block of Old Waynesboro Road on foot, accompanied by Alicia Pope. Alicia was also seen on that Saturday at the same location with Londyn. The Sheriff’s Office is urging community members to assist in locating both Alicia and Londyn, reiterating the need for tips to be directed to the provided contact numbers.
