He was a proud grandfather to his great-grandchildren: Hannah Elizabeth, Joshua Samuel, Ruthie Sophia, and Victoria Esther Davis.

A graveside service to honor Milton Cawley will be held on August 3, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park, located at 2700 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30906. A visitation will take place 30 minutes prior to the service. During the ceremony, military honors will be performed in recognition of Cawley’s service to the country.
