He is currently in stable condition and is expected to face murder charges once released from the hospital. Prior to this incident, it was noted that Talebzadeh and Melissa were previously married but had divorced in November 2024. In a related past case, Melissa was arrested in 2022 for allegedly shooting Talebzadeh during a domestic dispute.
