He also leaves behind his brother, Richard Faulk, and several nieces. His parents, William Mansfield Faulk, Sr. and Joyce Creech Faulk, as well as brothers Allan and Jonathan Faulk, preceded him in death.

Born in 1957, Mr. Faulk graduated from Butler High School in 1974 and later attended Georgia Southern University, where he earned a degree in 1978. Driven by a passion for faith and education, he earned his Master’s in Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994. Mr. Faulk dedicated a significant portion of his life to teaching within the Richmond County School System and providing spiritual guidance as the pastor of three local churches: Miracle Baptist, Somerset Baptist, and Cedar Springs Baptist.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Faulk was known for his love of outdoor activities such as fishing and traveling, with a particular fondness for trips to Hilton Head. His warm presence and dedication to his community have left lasting impressions on all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Mr. Faulk’s honor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Salvation Army, reflecting his commitment to helping others, both in his community and beyond.
