Ellis now faces multiple charges, which include aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Authorities have also obtained warrants for two additional suspects connected to the shooting, 38-year-old Dominique Ellis and 27-year-old Eshaud Ellis, who face similar charges.
