Richmond County, Georgia – Eleven alleged gang members have been indicted on various charges relating to a drive-by shooting and other violent incidents that occurred on May 4, 2025. Among the charges are 42 counts associated with the attack, which targeted a residence occupied by an 11-year-old boy and a 20-year-old adult.

During the drive-by shooting, authorities reported that 13 rounds were fired into the home. This incident followed two earlier shootings earlier that morning at Suz Lounge located at 3253 Deans Bridge Road, further highlighting the violent events linked to the suspects.

The individuals identified in the indictment are said to be members of a criminal street gang known as Youngins with Money (YWM), which is described as a hybrid gang based in Augusta. The indictment announcement was made by the Georgia Attorney General, with support from his Gang Prosecution Unit and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. While some of the accused have been apprehended, others remain at large.

The indictment was officially secured after evidence was presented to a grand jury on September 30, 2025. The suspects, aged between 20 and 32, all reside in Augusta. The charges against them include violations of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, aggravated assault, firearm offenses, and, in some cases, drug-related charges.

  • Demarion Miller (aka 2 Shots), 20, in custody.

Attorney General Carr emphasized the importance of combating gang violence and the commitment to ensuring community safety, asserting that no family should have to live in fear of such violence. Richmond County Sheriff Eugene Brantley also underscored the significance of community partnerships for public safety and the ongoing initiatives aimed at educating the youth about the dangers of gang life.

As the investigation continues, authorities are determined to take strong action against gang-related activities and are actively working towards ensuring that violent incidents, such as the drive-by shooting, do not happen again. The community is urged to report any information regarding the wanted individuals to help bring them to justice.

The situation remains fluid as law enforcement continues their efforts to enhance safety in the community and address the underlying issues contributing to gang violence.
