Atlanta, Georgia – Isaac Sendros has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA), a prominent healthcare organization that represents hospitals and healthcare providers across the state of Georgia. The announcement of his appointment was made during GHA’s Annual Meeting of the Assembly held on July 11, 2025.

Currently serving as the President and CEO of AdventHealth Redmond and AdventHealth Georgia, Sendros has a wealth of experience in healthcare management that supports his new role. He took over the position of President and CEO at AdventHealth Redmond in February 2023 and became the President and CEO of AdventHealth Georgia in January 2025. His leadership roles prior to this included serving as the President of AdventHealth Avista located in Louisville, Colorado.

Throughout his career, Sendros has held various significant leadership positions within central Florida hospitals, including Vice President of Operations at AdventHealth Central Florida and Director of Ancillary Services at AdventHealth Kissimmee. His expertise in operations and administrative duties has played a crucial role in his successful management of multiple healthcare facilities.

In his previous role at AdventHealth Kissimmee, Sendros oversaw significant expansion projects, demonstrating his capability in guiding large healthcare initiatives. Notably, he managed a $26 million surgical expansion and an $84 million tower expansion, both at AdventHealth Kissimmee, which enhanced the hospital’s capacity and services for the community.

The GHA President and CEO, Caylee Noggle, highlighted Sendros’s extensive leadership experience and his dedication to improving healthcare for residents of Georgia. His commitment to healthcare access and quality is expected to enhance the mission of the Georgia Hospital Association as they continue to advocate for hospitals and the health of communities statewide.

In his initial remarks following his appointment, Sendros expressed his honor at being selected to serve on the GHA Board, stressing the importance of collaboration within the healthcare sector in Georgia. He recognizes that working together with other healthcare leaders is essential for expanding access and improving the quality of care for all Georgians.

Academically, Sendros holds a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University, located in Millcreek, Utah. Additionally, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern Adventist University, situated in Collegedale, Tennessee. His educational background complements his extensive professional experience, preparing him for the complexities of leadership within the healthcare industry.

This appointment to the GHA Board of Trustees places Sendros in a pivotal role to influence healthcare policies and initiatives across Georgia. His leadership will be critical in addressing the ongoing challenges within the healthcare sector while working to improve health access and outcomes for the state’s diverse population.
